Important News
This newsletter has some bad news. The proposal for limiting the boat's motor size to 35 horsepower was rejected by town council again. This will be discussed in detail at the meeting in September.
As well, we regretfully announce that Terry Moore has resigned from the Lake association executive effective July 25th. We wish to thank him for his time and effort since the formation of the association.

Concerning the Picnic, the association will provide Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, and soft drinks. A kind member of the association has donated a keg of beer for those of you who wish something a little stonger than soft drinks.
Some seating is available, but if possible we ask that you bring lawn chairs to sit on. In case of rain, the picnic will be held at the Salle des Loisirs (where our general meetings are held). Hope to see everyone there !!
For those of you who are interested in becoming more active in the association, please give some thought to running for positions within the executive.
